I ordered this from Walmart. When I received the item from the 3rd party it was damaged. The item was ink cartride for my printer. Went I attempted to request a refund I was was told to print off a shipping label and have it shipped back. Can't print label with a damaged cartridge. I then took it to the local Walmart store to get a refund and they were have an issue getting me my refund due to it being a third party. I asked for a manager and then was told order another one and when it comes in then print a label and return the first one. Seriously !! I spend a lot of $$$ at Walmart and this is the customer service I get. Totally unacceptable customer services! My advise is never order anything from Walmart if it comes from a third party because you are left to fight the battle on your own if there is an issue.
